Our Mission

At C4L Academy, we understand that learning is a lifelong journey. Our parent company, Center for Learning and Behavior Solutions (C4L), was founded by Dr. Shirin Ansari to bridge the fields of psychology and education in order to provide a personalized approach that better understands each student’s unique needs. Dr. Ansari’s vision was to create a pathway for adults who faced barriers to earning a high school diploma in a traditional setting—whether due to personal challenges, time constraints, or a lack of support.

We believe every adult deserves the opportunity to earn their high school diploma and unlock the potential for new opportunities in education and career advancement.

Our Approach: Odyssey Program

In May 2024, we launched our new and improved adult high school diploma program, Odyssey—a program designed to guide adults through the journey of earning their high school diploma with flexibility and support. The name “Odyssey” represents the personal journey our students embark on as they work toward completing their education and achieving success in their lives and careers.

This revamp was made after thorough research and analysis of similar programs, as well as feedback from our students. We evaluated the outcomes of our previous programs, ensuring that Odyssey meets the evolving needs of adult learners while empowering them to succeed. Our dedicated team is committed to offering an engaging, supportive, and personalized learning experience that encourages lifelong growth and achievement.
